Capital Tactics is founded and led Dino Lucarelli, CPA. Over a career spanning 30+ years, Dino has been:
- A CEO in a public company going through a sale process;
- A Chief Financial Officer in both public and privately held organizations;
- An operational and financial consulting leader in national consulting organizations and CPA firms,
- and has taught MBA-level classes in business valuation and mergers and acquisitions for over 20 years at Xavier University’s Williams College of Business.
In 2004 he founded and lead Lucarelli Tactical Group, offering M&A and financial management services to small and mid-sized businesses, until this was merged into a larger regional accounting firm. Through his career he has assisted over 100 organizations in achieving their business objectives. Capital Tactics opens a new chapter of leading organizations on a path of growth, profitability, and tactical excellence.
