Capital Tactics Update:

In Q4 2021, we successfully closed three sale transactions for clients, with average transaction value exceeding $10 million. For two client companies, we negotiated with strategic buyers, which often will yield a higher return to seller than a financial deal, and for the third deal, we sourced a private equity firm to pay fair value for our client.

Our team of experienced advisors was able to navigate through COVID, PPP loans, Employee Retention Tax Credits, and a variety of other typical financial issues like due diligence, document preparation, and tax optimization, to deliver our sellers to the ‘right’ buyers. Big shout out to our strategic partners at Barnes Dennig, in particular Andy Bertke, Jim Donnellon, Dave Phelps, George Sparks, and Jay Rammes, for their steady hand in pulling the tax issues together creating a win-win for our buyers and sellers.
