Eddie Horgan has a diverse background that spans private equity real estate and independent consulting across a variety of industries. In past positions, he oversaw $150M of completed multifamily real estate acquisitions at a Florida-based investment firm and asset-managed a $400M portfolio of senior housing communities for a D.C.-based acquirer and developer.
More recently, he consulted as a financial analyst with a number of startups and other private companies, including a venture-backed staffing company, an M&A integration advisory firm, and a startup craft distillery.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College.
