Dino LucarelliDino Lucarelli, Founder and Managing Director of Capital Tactics, Inc., partners with and advises business owners, prospective business owners, and private equity groups in a variety of financial management, growth related, and M&A transactions. He is accomplished in bank financing and debt restructuring. He performs business valuations, and assists business owners determine their potential business exit value. He helps companies establish rigor and integrity within financial practices, reporting, and internal control processes. With over 35 years experience in large and small companies, Dino has a history of directing and restructuring organizations to profitability. Past clients include River Cities Capital Funds, Levitz Furniture, Hilltop Research, Custom Design Benefits, Unifund Inc., Parker Marketing Research, among others.

He is a CPA and has been an adjunct finance professor in Xavier University’s MBA program since 2000, teaching Private Company Sale and Valuation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Finance. He also in a member of the board of Northern Kentucky University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Dino was awarded CFO of the Year honors in 2010 by the Cincinnati Business Courier for his work with a privately held infrastructure services company with five operating divisions, which served global communications companies such as Verizon Wireless. He was a member of the board and directed M&A activities while securing funding for the company.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He formerly served as Treasurer and Chair for the United Coalition for Animals, a Cincinnati-based non-profit group promoting solutions to animal overpopulation. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University in 1983, received his CPA designation in 1984, and resides in northern Kentucky with his wife Loretta and three children.
